关于“穴位安全针刺要素”的初步研究

Preliminary Study on “the Essential Factors for Security Needle of Acupoints”

目的:探讨影响穴位安全针刺的要素。方法:关于《需要特别谨慎穴位的针灸针安全操作规范》草案中90余个常用的、需要特别谨慎的穴位,笔者通过检索中国知网数据库,得到104篇从解剖层面研究影响穴位安全针刺要素的文献,并进行整理、分析、归纳。结果:影响穴位安全针刺的要素主要是角度、方向、深度。结论:对穴位安全针刺时的方向、角度、深度尚未有统一的标准,应该加强制定穴位安全针刺国际标准规范。

Objective： To discuss the essential factors that affected the security needle of acupoints. Methods： There were more than 90acupoints in the draft, safe use of acupuncture needles in the acupoints requiring special caution, which commonly use and need to pay attention. From the anatomical aspects, 104 literatures were obtained on CNKI by the author, which were a- bout the study of the essential factors for security needle of accupoints. Results： There were three factors affecting the security needle of acupoints： direction, angle, depth. Conclusion： So far we haven＇t founded the unified standards toward the oparetion regulation, it is necessary for us to develop the international standards of security needle of acupoints.
