老年性痴呆中医临床论治要点新进展

New Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Main Points of Clinical Treatment for Senile Dementia

背景:随着2010年我国开始步入老龄化国家,老年性痴呆性疾病的发病人数逐年上升;而由于相关政策及经济负担的加重,独生子女增加,面对工作与抚养孩子的双重压力,出现空巢老人的家庭大大增多,老年人口基数的增加加上老年人的沟通机会减少,使老年性痴呆的发病呈增加趋势,治疗这类疾病已经迫在眉睫。目的:老年性痴呆的发病相比五年前持续上涨,目前临床上对该病的疗效却差强人意,笔者查阅了近五年国内的相关文献,对老年性痴呆的论治方法作了以下综述,以期为今后治疗老年性痴呆提供更全面的参考。

Background： As in 2010, our country began to step into aging countries, the number of the onset of dementia disor- ders increase year by year. As related policy and the economic burden of aggravating, the one-child is increasing. In the face of work and the double pressures of raising children, the empty nester family greatly augraented. The add of elderly population and the elder lack of communication, lead to the onset of dementia is on the upward trend and treat this kind of disease is imminent. Pur- pose ： The onset of senile dementia has rised compared with the five years ago. However, the clinical curative effect of the disease is poor. Author has reviewed nearly five years of domestic related document, and has made the following summarize in terms of the senile dementia＇s treatment methods in order to provide more comprehensive for the treatment of senile dementia in the future.
