摘要
研制开发出一种可模拟实际工况的可在线检测滚珠丝杠副以及直线导轨可靠性的试验台。该试验台可模拟丝杠、导轨在机床上实际安装工况,装置结构基本上和典型机床裸机相似,工作台载荷可调整,数控系统模拟机床工作过程运行。分为在线性能测量和离线精度测量两个方面,能够综合评价产品(丝杠及导轨)的寿命和可靠性,为产品在用户机床上应用提供最真实的试验数据。
The research developed a test bench which can simulate the actual working condition and can on-line detect ball screw pair and linear guide reliability. The test bed can simulate the installation of screw, guide conditions on the machine tool, which device structure is similar with typical machine tool model basically, workbench load can be adjusted, the numerical control system is simulated with the working process of machine running. Divided into two aspects of online and offline precision measurement per- formance, to comprehensively evaluate the product's life (screw and guide rail) and reliability, provide the most real experimental data for the product application in machine tool users.
