摘要
多激光束选区熔化技术可以改善单激光束选区熔化成形过程中产生的球化、翘曲变形及裂纹等缺陷。研究了多激光束选区熔化成形系统中涉及的多个关键系统,包括铺粉与送粉系统、双激光光路系统、控制系统及分层切片数据处理软件系统等,并进行大量设备验证性工艺试验研究,成功研发出多激光束选区熔化成形设备,并成形出性能优异的复杂精密金属构件。
The selective multi-laser beam melting process can improve the defects such as spheroidization, warping deformation and crack in the process of selective single-laser beam mehing. In this paper, we study a number of key systems involved in the selective multi-laser beam process, including the powder delivery system, the dual laser optical system, the control system and the slice software system, and carry out a large number of process testes for equipment verification. We successfully develop a selective multi-laser beam melting equipment, and huild complex sophisticated metal components with good performance.
