摘要
针对FDM成型技术中扫描填充方法直接影响成型件的质量,比如翘曲变形问题,对FDM成型技术中的轮廓偏置扫描填充和Z字型扫描填充进行了研究分析,提出了轮廓偏置和Z字型的混合路径扫描填充方法。并且,在提出的算法中加入了把打印起点和打印终点置于打印模型内部的方法。通过打印测试,证明该方法可以提高成型件的质量。
In order to solve the problem of warping deformation in FDM molding technology, the contour filling and Z-type scanning filling in FDM molding technology are studied and analyzed. The contour offset and Z type mixed path of the font are filled with the fill method. In addition, placing the print start point and the print end point inside the printing model is added to the proposed algorithm, and the quality of the molded article can be improved by the experimental test.
