摘要
针对汽车设备、工程机械零件、装备制造工艺等制造行业而言,需涉及到多人员、多物料、多设备的机械制造,考虑到车间复杂性、准时性、不确定性等生产因素,研究了无线传感器网络节点的应用优势,设计AP组网模式,利用Zig Bee短距离无线通信技术,通过传感器进行车间数据采集,依托无线传感器网络进行数据传输,从而实现车间多源状态数据采集。
In view of the manufacturing industry of automobile equipment, engineering machinery parts and equip- ment manufacturing technology, it is necessary to carry out the multi-personnel, multi-material and multi-equipment machinery manufacturing, taking into account the factors of complexity, punctuality and uncertainty, this paper introduces the application of wireless sensor network node, designs AP net- working mode, utilizes ZigBee short distance wireless communication technology, carries on the workshop data acquisition through the sensor, and carries on the data transmission through the wireless sensor network, thus realizes the multi-source state data gathering in the workshop.
