摘要
针对液力变矩器装配车间环境复杂、过程数据具有多源异构性、实时性,底层设备通信往往采用专用网络和协议等问题,提出一种基于OPC规范的控制系统通信网络集成架构。根据工控行业广泛使用的Modbus协议,以Modbus Slave软件模拟底层现场从站设备产生的数据,采用X2OPC服务器进行数据模拟采集并完成了与Win CC的通讯,最后开发了液力变矩器生产线监控系统来优化车间管理。
Aiming at hydraulic torque converter assembly workshop environment is complex, process data with multi -source heterogeneous, real-time, the private networks and protocols were often used about underlying equipment communication and other problems, a kind of system communication network integration ar- chitecture was proposed based on OPC specification. According to the control industry widely using the Modbus protocol, Modbus Slave software was used to simulate data from the underlying field slave equip- ment, data acquisition with X2OPC server, and complete communication with WinCC, finally a hydrau- lic torque converter production line monitoring system was developed to optimize workshop management.
