泥鳅病原菌Shewanella oneidensis P6的分离鉴定及防治药物筛选

摘要 为确定连云港灌南某泥鳅养殖场泥鳅病原菌的种类及耐药情况,从患病泥鳅的肠道、鳃、体表取样进行分离筛选和回归感染试验,确定编号为P6的菌株为致病菌株.通过对菌株P6进行形态特征观察、生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析,将该致病菌株鉴定为奥奈达希瓦氏菌.应用9种市售渔药进行药敏试验,结果表明,杜菌康及健恒杆菌肠泰对菌株P6有较强的抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度分别为6×10^(-3) g/L和5×10^(-3) g/L.4种中草药的药敏试验显示,黄连和大黄对菌株P6有抑制作用,其最小抑菌浓度分别为25g/L和100g/L.6种抗生素的药敏试验表明,菌株P6对头孢曲松钠、酒石酸吉他霉素、青霉素钠高度敏感,对硫酸庆大霉素、新氟康(氟苯尼考)中度敏感,对盐酸林可霉素低度敏感. To determine species and drug resistance of loach pathogenic bacteria from a certain loach farm in Lianyungang city,some samplings from diseased loach gut,gills and surface were gotten for isolation and animal regression infection experiments,and determine the pathogen is P6.The pathogen P6 was identified by its morphological characteristics observations and 16 SrDNA gene analysis,and the pathogen was determined to be Shewanella oneidensis.Susceptibility test results of 9 kinds of aquatic drugs show that Dujunkang and Kinhengtai intestinal bacillus are inhibitory to the pathogen,and minimum inhibitory concentration of Dujunkang is 6×10-3 g/L,the minimum inhibitory concentration of Kinhengtai intestinal bacillus is 5×10-3 g/L.In four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,berberine and rhubarb are inhibitory to the pathogen,the minimum inhibitory concentration of berberine is 25 g/L,minimum inhibitory concentration of rhubarb is 100 g/L.6 kinds of antibiotics susceptibility testing show that ceftriaxone,tartaric kitasamycin,penicillin sodium are highly sensitive to the pathogen,gentamicin sulfate,new fluconazole(florfenicol)is moderately sensitive to the pathogen and lincomycin hydrochloride is low sensitive to the pathogen.
