海州湾脂溶性藻毒素分布特征及变化规律 被引量:2

摘要 以海州湾海域海水为研究对象,通过海上调查采样获得海水样品,采用固相萃取法对海水中的溶解态脂溶性藻毒素进行富集,并采用高效液相色谱电喷雾多级质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)法对海水中的8种典型脂溶性藻毒素(OA,DTX1,YTX,PTX2,AZA1,AZA2,SPX1,GYM)进行检测,在此基础上,探讨海州湾脂溶性藻毒素的分布特征和变化规律.结果表明,海州湾海水样品中的典型脂溶性藻毒素检出了OA,DTX1,PTX2和GYM,其中以OA的质量浓度最高,平均质量浓度为23.19ng/L;2016年5月表层海水中OA质量浓度水平远高于其他月份,其质量浓度最高达到133.9ng/L,研究表明海水中OA的质量浓度具有明显的年度变化规律. In this study,the Haizhou bay was selected as the study area.Seawater samples were collected by the marine field investigation.The lipophilic algae toxins dissolved in the seawater were enriched by solid phase extraction.High performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization multi-stage mass spectrometry(HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)was used to determine eight kinds of typical MLATs including OA,DTX1,YTX,PTX2,AZA1,AZA2,SPX1,GYM,in the seawater.Finally,distribution and change characteristics of MLATs in the marine environment of Haizhou bay had been discussed based on the related literatures.The typical MLATs like OA,DTX1,PTX2 and GYM were detected from seawater of Haizhou bay,among which,OA had the highest concentrations,with the average concentration of 23.19 ng/L.In May of 2016,the concentration of OA in the surface seawater was far higher than that of in other months throughout the year.The highest OA concentration was 133.9 ng/L.The concentrations of OA in the seawater of Haizhou bay had a typical obvious change.
