摘要
基于多年的工作经验,针对林业火烧地皮进行了吸附与化学分析研究。实验结果表明:在制作硅胶板时,加入蒸馏水的量要适当,调和到适当稠度,刚制好的硅胶板不可以立即烘干。装柱时由于棉花没有润湿,所以底端出现气泡,影响洗脱速度。做清除·OH自由基能力分析测定时,三组数据都没呈线性变化,这与溶液在配制过程中的用量、反应时间、温度有关。
Based on years of work experience, the adsorption and chemical analysis of forest burned land were studied. The experimental results show that when making the silicon laminates, the amount of distilled water should be appropriate and the proper consistency should be reconciled. The freshly made silica gel plate cannot be dried immediately. Because the cotton is not wet during loading the column, the bubble appears at the bottom end, which can affect the speed of washing. In the analysis and determination of removing free radical ability, three sets of data were not linearly changing, which was related to the amount, reaction time and temperature of the solution in the preparation process.
