摘要
电解法可以有效处理和净化生活污水。阐述了电解法处理生活污水的原理及特点,对蓬莱19-9油田J平台生活污水处理装置的工艺流程进行了详细介绍。数据表明经装置处理后的COD排放值可以满足GB4914-2008《海洋石油勘探开发污染物排放浓度限值》排海标准。为了使污水处理装置更加高效地被利用,对J平台使用的电解法处理生活污水装置进行了设备改进,在提高了处理效果的同时降低了维护成本,相关经验可推广应用于新平台的建设及旧平台的改造。
Elecrtolysis is a kind of effective method for treating and purifying domestic sewage. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of sewage electrolytic treatment process were described, and the process flow of sewage treatment unit on wellhead platform J in Penglai 19-9 oilfield was introduced. The running data indicates that the COD value of treated sewage can meet the standard of ＂GB4914-2008 offshore oil exploration and development pollutant emission concentration limits＂. In order to increase the efficiency of the electrolytic sewage treatment device, the equipment improvement has been carried out to reduce the maintenance cost. The relevant experience can be applied to the construction of new platform and transformation of old platform.
