摘要
针对常用的黑白格雷码结合黑白四步相移光栅三维重建需要大量编码图像,计算量大和重建速速慢的缺点,提出了彩色格雷码结合彩色三步相移光栅三维重建方法。该三维重建平台由两台相机、一台投影仪和电脑组成。根据彩色编码原理,提出了相应的求解相位方法,并保持横纵相位一致和连续性原则进行了匹配后实现三维重建。最后,将该方法与黑白格雷码结合黑白四步光栅相移三维重建方法进行了实验对比。实验结果表明:彩色格雷码结合彩色三步相移光栅三维重建大大减少了编码图像数量、加快了三维重建速度并具有较好的重建效果。
Because of the conventional black-and-white gray code combined with black-and-white four-step phase-shift grating 3D reconstruction's defects, such as lots of coding pictures, amount 'of calculation and slow speed, the 3D reconstruction principle based on color gray code combined with color three-step phase-shift grating was presented~ The platform of 3D reconstruction was be made up of two cameras, a projector and a computer. A ccording to the principle of color coding, it put forward the corresponding phase solution method and matching process must keep the horizontal and vertical unwrapped phrase single and continuous before 3D reconstruction. Finally, the new 3D reconstruction method was compared with the black-and-white gray code combined with black-and-white four-step phase-shift grating 3D reconstruction method. The result shows that the 3D reconstruction based on color gray code and color three-step phase-shift grating reduces the coding image number greatly, makes the reconstruction rapid and has a good reconstruction result.
