摘要
对一款纯电动汽车进行再生制动控制策略研究,通过分析制动力安全分配区域,在遵循制动力分配原则和ECE法规的基础上,提出了一种再生制动模糊控制策略。设计了以制动强度、动力电池电荷状态、车速为输入变量,以电机制动力矩比例为输出变量的模糊控制器。利用仿真软件AVL-CRUISE建立整车模型,选用NEDC典型城市循环工况和4种不同制动强度工况分别进行了仿真分析,结果表明,该控制策略在保证制动安全性的前提下,能够有效的提高制动能量回收率,具有一定优越性和有效性。
The regenerative braking control strategy for pure electric vehicle is studied in it. Through the analysis of the safe distribution area of braking force, Base on the principles of the braking force distribution, a regenerative braking control strategy was proposed on the basis of ECE regulations and fuzzy control, Taking the braking strength, the state of charge of batteries and the velocity as inputs, and regarding the expected coeffwient of motor regenerative braking torque as an output. Then a simulation model for pure electric vehicle was built and conducted on four different braking forces respectively with NEDC cycle by simulation software AVL-CRUISK The simulation results show that the proposed braking force distribution strategy can assure braking safety and improve the recovery effwieney of regenerative braking energy, which has certain superiority and effectiveness.
