摘要
以锂离子电池作为单一动力源的某纯电动商务车在大功率行驶时放电电流大、电池发热严重,电池使用寿命偏低。在AVL/CRUISE软件中搭建纯电动商务车整车及复合电源仿真模型,提出一种基于模糊逻辑控制理论的能量管理控制策略,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立模糊逻辑功率分配控制器模型。联合仿真结果表明,使用模糊控制策略的复合电源能够最大限度的避免锂离子电池大电流放电、降低能量消耗且由超级电容进行制动能量回收,可延长锂电池的使用寿命并增加续驶里程。
There are problems, that the li-ion battery discharge with big current and heat seriously when an electric commercial vehicle, with single-battery source storage system, is driving with high-power and the lifetime of li-ion battery is short. The simulation models for pure electric commercial vehicle and dual-energy source storage system are set up with AVL/CRUISE and a fuzzy logic control strategy is established,and a fuzzy logic controller model is set up with MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the dual-energy source storage system,which can ovoid the li-ion battery discharging with big current as much as possible and reduce energy consumption and recycle braking energy by ultracapacitor, prolong the lifetime of li-ion battery and increase the running range of pure electric commercial vehicle.
