摘要 洗碗机的振动噪声水平是衡量洗碗机性能的主要性能指标之一。为降低某家用洗碗机的振动和噪声,通过试验与仿真相结合的方式,研究分析了洗碗机箱门和内胆结构固有频率对噪声的影响,结果表明洗碗机箱门和内胆底板固有频率对洗碗机噪声的影响较大,而内胆整体的固有频率对洗碗机的噪声影响不大。通过对内胆底板进行结构优化,优化后的洗碗机内胆整体振动响应优于原设计,且洗碗机噪声由原来的52.72d B降低为38.87d B,达到了噪声低于39d B的设计要求,提升了该产品的市场竞争力。 The vibration noise level is one of the crucial performance index for dishwasher. By combining experiment and simulation, the effect of the natural frequency of the dishwasher's tank and door structure on noise level are studied to reduce the vibration and noise of a household dishwasher. The results indicate that the dishwasher's door and tank bottom hove a major impact on dishwasher noise while the natural frequency of the whole tank has a little impacL By optimizing the structure of the tank bottom, the vibration response of theoptimized dishwasher's tank bottom are better than the original design, and the noise generated by the dishwasher has been reduced from 52.72dB to 38.87dB. The requirement of noise being lower than 39dB has been achieved and the competitiveness of the product has been improved.
