摘要 某新能源车载的充电机安装于纵梁上,汽车由于路面不平度产生的随机振动传递到充电机安装装置,为了评估该充电机联接螺栓等级强度的振动耐久可靠性,若采用传统的线性时不变系统则无法体现螺栓联接复杂的非线性关系,因此应用已知的随机振动功率谱密度函数,借助SineOnRandom法获取随机振动的时域激励样本,在此基础上利用有限元法计算螺栓联接模式在时域激励样本作用下螺栓轴向力响应时域特征;通过不同预紧力的螺栓轴向力响应输出选择螺栓的强度等级。 A charger installs on the new energy vehicle's longitudinal beam,The random vibration transfers to the charger equipment from road roughness,In order to evaluate the reliability of the connect bolt strength grade during the vibration durability.If use the linear time invariant system can not be able to refer to the complex nonlinear relationship,By using the random vibration power spectrum density function, The time domain excitation from random vibration obtained by the method of SineOnRando^The response of the dynamic characteristics of the bolt axial force analyzed by using the finite element method in the time domain.A nd selecting the different strength grade of the bolt by the bolt axial force response of different Preload.
