摘要 为实现对机电行业中存在的大量标准化、系列化零件资源的集成管理与信息高度共享,综合应用.NET框架下的三维CAD系统二次开发、ADO.NET、Web3D、AJAX(异步刷新)、Web服务等系统实现使能技术,开发了面向机电行业的开放式Web三维零件资源集成库系统。首先,基于B/S模式设计了系统五层架构;而后详细介绍了零部件三维模型在线浏览与参数化驱动设计、零件资源库快速构建与动态扩展、分布异构零件库资源Web服务集成等系统主要功能模块的实现过程;最后给出了系统开发实例及其在复杂产品协同设计链中的应用模式。 To realize the integration management and sharing of a large number of standardization and serialization parts resource in mechanical and electric industry, a web-based and open parts resource integrated library System is developed with several enabling technologies, such as secondary development technology for 3D CAD system under. NET framework, ADO.NET, Web3D, AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript and XML), Web Service and so on. Firstly, based on B/S mode, system architecture is designed, includingfive layers. Then, the realization processes of the main function modules are presented in detail, including 3D model online browsing and parametric design of parts, rapid construction and dynamic expansion of parts resource library, and Web service integration of the distributed and heterogeneous parts library resources. At last, a system example and its application mode in product collaborative design chain are given.
