2016年天津市河东区生活饮用水微生物检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解河东区生活饮用水微生物污染状况,为生活饮用水管理提供依据。方法按相关标准和检验方法对河东区2016年末梢水、二次供水、纯净水3类生活饮用水进行检验和评价。结果 2016年共检测生活饮用水450份,合格405份,合格率90.0%;末梢水、二次供水、纯净水合格率分别为93.6%、87.0%、92.0%。3类生活饮用水合格率间的差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.19,P>0.05);春冬季与夏秋季的生活饮用水微生物指标合格率差别有统计学意义(χ2=13.52,P<0.01),菌落总数占不合格数的97.8%。结论冬春季生活饮用水微生物指标的合格率高于夏秋季,菌落总数是主要不合格指标,相关部门应加强监管力度,确保生活饮用水卫生安全。 Objective To understand the microbial contamination status of drinking water in Hedong District, to provide the basis for drinking water management.Methods According to the relevant standards and test methods, the tap water, secondary water supply and purified water in Hedong District in 2016 were tested and evaluated.Results A total of 450drinking water samples were detected, and 405 were qualified, with the qualified rate of 90.0 %.The qualified rate of peripheral water, secondary water supply and purified water were 93.6 %, 87.0 % and 92.0 %.There was no signifi- cant difference in the qualified rate among three types of drinking water( χ2= 5.19, P〉0.05 ).There was significant differ- ence in the qualified rate of microbial indicators of drinking water between spring and summer(χ2= 13.52,P〈0. 01 ).The total bacterial count accounted for 97.8% of the number of unqualified. Conclusion The qualified rate of microbial indi- cators of drinking water in winter and spring was higher than that in summer and autumn and the main unqualified index is total bacterial count.Relevant departments should strengthen supervision ,to ensure the safety of the drinking water.
