摘要
介绍了μSR谱仪前端电子学原型的设计。利用无延迟线恒比定时电路在单宽NIM插件上实现了8路恒比定时甄别器。测试结果表明:设计电路幅度时间游动不大于255 ps,不同通道间延时的标准差为19.7 ps,前端电子学定时误差约为55 ps。前端电子学原型板具有集成度高且定时误差较小的特点,可满足μSR谱仪系统的技术指标要求。
This paper introduces the design of front - end electronic prototype for μSR spectrometer,which realizes an 8 - channel constant fraction discriminator in a single - width NIM module by using a non - delay - line CFD timing circuit. The test results show that the maximum time walk is 255 ps. The standard deviation of the delay between different channels is 19.7 ps, and the front - end electronic timing error is about 55 ps. With features of high integration density and low timing error, the front - end electronic prototype has met the technical requirement of the pμSR spectrometer system.
