摘要
双振动台随机振动试验可有效解决传统细长体飞行器振动试验中悬臂过长、振动应力集中的问题,能有效缓解试验过程中的欠试验和过试验问题。该文通过试验设计实现了某型号飞行器双台随机振动试验技术的工程应用,满足了该飞行器的试验考核要求,文中介绍了该试验的振动试验方案、夹具设计、控制选择和试验结果,为该试验技术的发展应用提供一定的经验积累和参考。
Dual-shaker random vibration test with two shakers can effectively solve the problem of stress concentration of structure with long cantilever during the vibration test of traditional slender craft, and can effectively relieve the effects of undertesting and overtesting in the process of test. In this paper, the engineering application for aircraft is realized by experiment design, and the test requirements of the test are met. The vibration test scheme, fixture design, control strategy and test results are introduced in this paper, which provides some experience and reference for the development and application of this experiment technology.
