摘要
在车载行李架产品正向开发过程中,为防止设计数据偏差导致最终模具产品试验无法通过而造成模具报废等损失,通常在设计数据完成时需进行计算机有限元分析,经过分析符合试验要求的数据才能冻结然后开模试制。文中将某车载行李架CAD模型导入Hypermesh进行预处理,然后通过Nastran进行11种施力情况的有限元分析,得出理论状态下的位移与应力的数据都满足标准要求,能够放心地进行下一步的开模动作。
During the forward development of vehicle roof rack, the finite element analysis will be used to approve the design data' s reliability, which can avoid the loss of tooling rejection due to the data deviation. When the analysis result meets the requirement, the design data can be frozen to mold. In this paper, a roof rack CAD model is drawn into Hypermesh for pre-precessing, and then the finite element analysis of 11 application of force were made through the Nastran, the displacement and stress data are found, which can meet the requirements of the standard. Then the tooling can be started with less risk.
