摘要 本文提出一种利用单目立体测量技术校准雷电冲击电流试验装置放电铜球间距的方法。利用一台高分辨率工业相机对放电铜球区域进行实时拍摄,采用机器视觉软件HALCON对图像进行三维空间测量,通过对上下铜球表面进行亚像素提取和分割,最后实现铜球距离的测量和测量系统的标定。铜球间距的测量结果能实时、准确地传送到显示终端。为下一步自动化测试系统的设计和建设提供基础。 This paper proposed a method to calibrate the distance between the copper balls in the lightning impact current test device by using the single stereovision technique. By shooting with a high resolution based industrial camera, the area around discharging copper ball is pictured in real time combined with using the machine vision software HALCON to measure the size of the object in three dimensional space. Then using sub-pixel extraction and segmentation methods, the up and down surface of copper ball is obtained, and finally the measurement and calibration system for the distance between the copper balls are realized. And the measured results of the distance between balls can be transmitted to the display terminal in real time. It provides a good suggestion for the design and construction of automotive test system in future.
