摘要
板式液压支架在设计完成后还需要进行强度和稳定性校验,支架底座主要起支撑支架及承担底板载荷的功能。基于此,采用多目标优化方式对板式液压支架的底座进行尺寸优化研究,得到底座尺寸优化后的具体参数值。对该方案的合理性进行数值模拟验证,发现支架底座应力和变形均保持在较低水平,说明该优化结果合理有效。
After the design process of plate hydraulic support is completed,it shall be calibrated for its strength and stability.The support base has the function of supporting and loading the bottom plate.The base of plate type hydraulic support was optimized and studied by adopting multi-objective optimization method,and the specific parameter values of the base size were obtained in this paper.The rationality of the scheme was simulated by numerical simulation.The stress and deformation of the support base were found to be kept at a low level.It was proved that this optimization result is reasonable and effective.
