摘要
人文素养教育不同于一般学科知识的传授,它是一种人格的养成教育。地方工科院校的人文素养教育要考虑其自身的办学定位与人才培养目标及学生本身的人文素养特点,从人文知识的传授、人文精神的陶冶、人文行为的养成三个层面入手,且每个层面都要有自己的侧重点与特色。
Humanistic quality education is different from teaching of general subject knowledge.It is a kind of personality cultivation education.The characteristics of their own school-running orientation,the talent training target and humanities characteristics of the students themselves should be taken into account in humanistic quality education in local engineering colleges.And the following three aspects should be involved in such education: teaching of human culture knowledge,cultivation of humanistic spirit,and nurturance of human behaviors.Each aspect should have its own emphasis and features.
