TLA改性沥青动态剪切流变试验方法及评价体系

摘要 为研究TLA改性沥青因灰分沉降导致的沥青常规指标离散性偏大的客观现象,分析了导致该现象的原因。针对该现象,提出适用于TLA改性沥青的动态剪切流变试验方法。结合TLA中灰分的填料作用和改性作用定量试验结果,提出TLA改性沥青动态剪切流变试验指标的修正系数。研究结果表明:沥青常规评价体系不宜用于评价TLA改性沥青;TLA改性沥青动态剪切流变试验试件制作之前一直保持搅拌状态、直至温度降至90℃的试验方法可避免灰分沉降对试验结果的影响;TLA改性沥青PG分级体系需在原有技术要求的基础上考虑扣除灰分填料作用(0.074)的影响。 In order to study the objective phenomena of the TLA modified asphalt con- ventional index inflated,ash precipitation has been pointed out by researchers.According to above-mentioned circumstances, the causes of this phenomenon have been analyzed. Dynamic shear rheological test method for TLA modified asphalt is proposed. Combined with the filler effect and the modified effect quantitative test results,the correction coef- ficient of the TI.A test index of dynamic shear rheological modified asphalt has been proposed. The result shows that the evaluation system should not be used for the evalu- ation of TLA modified asphalt. Before the dynamic shear rheological test,TLA modified asphalt specimen remained in the mixing state, which the temperature of the specimen reaches 90 degrees celsius. In this way,the ash deposition effect of test results can be a- voided. The ash filling function (0.074) effect should be taken into account in TLA modified asphalt PG classification system, which is based on the original technical requirements.
