摘要
为确定沥青混合料离心分离滤液中的粉料质量,尝试了基于复合材料密度计算原理的密度测定法。确定了该方法所涉及的粉料有效密度、滤液密度及沥青溶液密度的取值方法,研究了三者的变化规律及其对测定结果的影响。分析结果表明:粉料有效密度对质量的影响很小,可取吸油率1%的矿粉有效密度作为粉料有效密度;滤液密度和沥青溶液密度对滤液中的粉料体积百分率的影响显著,且密度变化滞后于溶液温度变化,因此,滤液密度应在溶液温度达到20℃并恒温静置3h后全数测定;因溶解状态的差异,配制的模拟沥青溶液不能代表实际滤液中的沥青溶液,沥青溶液密度只能采用经验值或标定试验得到。密度测定法避免了滤液中粉料分离的难题,操作简便。
In order to determine the powder mass in the centrifugal separation filtrate of asphalt mixture,a density measurement method based on the principle of density calculation of composite material was attempted. The determining method of the effective density of powder, the density of filtrate and the density of asphalt kerosene solution are determined. The change regulation of 3 parameters and its influence were studied. The results show that the effect of the effective density of powder on the calculation quality of powder is very small,and the effective density of mineral powder with 10~ oil absorp- tion ratio can be used as the effective density of powder. The effect of the density of filtrate and asphalt solution on the powder volume percentage of filtrate is remarkable. The change of density lags behind the change of temperature of filtrat and asphalt solu- tion. The density of total filtrate should be measured after the filtrate temperature reaching 20℃ and keeping for 3 hours. Due to differences in dissolved state. The simulated asphalt solution can not represent the asphalt solution in the actual filtrate. The density of asphalt solution can only be obtained by empirical value or calibration test. The density measurement method can avoid the difficult separation of powder from filtrate. It is easy to operate.
