智能配电网新型保护的研究初探

建设智能电网是目前电力系统的发展方向。电力系统的一个重要转变就是在智能电网环境下,配电系统变为电力交换系统,使得系统的协调控制和保护更加困难。可以说,在建设智能电网过程中,现有配网中的保护系统接受着前所未有的挑战。从传统配网保护、DG接入后对保护的影响、配网保护与自适应技术和保护与控制一体4个方面分析了现有产业的形势,提出了智能电网中保护与控制系统的技术愿景,并针对智能配电网新型保护的研究方向和目标进行了详细的介绍。

Smart power grid is the development direction of current power system.An important transition of power system is that the power distribution system becomes power exchange system under smart power grid environment ,which has made coordinated control and protection of the system more difficult.It is clear that in the process of building smart grid ,protection system in existing distribution network is facing unprecedented challenges.First,this paper analyzes the situation of current industry from four aspects of traditional distribution network protection,influence on protection after access to DG,distribution network protection and adaptive technique and the integration of protection and control, puts forward the technical vision of protection and control system in smart power grid ,and gives detailed introduction about key technique ways among actual conditions of current power distribution system.
