摘要
介绍了在4×"1牵2"张力场中利用滑车悬挂截面积1 250 mm^2八分裂导线的新方法。该方法使用自主设计的1 250 mm^2大截面导线滑车组合悬挂装置,简化了直流铁塔一极需悬挂4个滑车的悬挂方式,并且可同时安装和悬挂复合绝缘子、滑车,使张力场的施工效率得到了极大的提升,加强了铁塔的受力强度,加快了后续紧线施工和附件安装的施工进度,节省了工作量。
This paper introduces new method of using 8 division wire with the cross-sectional area of 1 250 mm2 of the pulley in 4 suspension device of the pulley ;three-wheel block ;suspension;large section wire ;4×"one-lead 2" tension stringing"one-lead 2"tension field.The method adopts 1 250 mm 2 large section wire pulley combination suspension gear autonomously designed, which has simplified the suspension method of four pulleys suspended on one phase of DC iron tower and made it possible to install and suspend composite insulator and pulley,which has greatly improved the efficiency of construction in tension filed,strengthened the stress intensity of iron tower,fastened the construction progress of subsequent stringing construction and accessory installation, and saved workload.
