摘要
介绍了基于选择性催化还原法的喷氨脱硝系统原理。目前常规脱硝喷氨控制系统采用串级控制方式。主回路调节实际选择性催化还原(SCR)反应器出口NOx浓度测量均值,副回路调节实际喷氨流量。调研发现各厂在动态区域控制误差(ACE)工况下脱硝喷氨自动控制系统普遍存在NOx浓度短时、瞬时超标的问题。分析造成问题的原因并提出相应的优化控制方案。试验结果表明,该方案较好地满足了脱硝自动化控制的要求,并具有较强的通用性和实用性。
The paper introduces the ammonia spraying denitration system principle based on selective catalytic reduction.At present,the conventional denitration ammonia spraying control system adopts cascade control mode.The main loop adjusts the mean value of NO concentration in actual SCR reactor,and the vice-coop adjusts the actual ammonia flow rate.Through investigation,it can be found that problems of standard exceeding in short time and at instant of NO concentration are common of the denitration ammonia spraying control system of Dynamic Area Control Error (ACE) working condition in each plant.The causes have been analyzed and corresponding optimization control protocols have been proposed.The testing result indicates that the protocol has better satisfied the requirements for automatic control of denitration,which is universal and practical.
