摘要
依托国内首批二次再热1000MW机组华能莱芜电厂#6机组,针对施工过程中遇到的焊缝局部位置肉眼无法直接观察到而传统焊接方式在此处无法施焊的技术难题,通过研制实用性强的镜面焊相关辅具、培训高技能镜面焊工、焊缝根部采用"双重保护"模式、优化安装焊接顺序、创新焊缝缺陷处理方式等一系列技术措施,解决了二次再热百万机组塔式锅炉镜面焊接中存在的诸多难题,提高了受热面焊口一次无损检测合格率。
Relying on the first batch of Huaneng Laiwu Power Plant Unit6,secondary reheating 1000MW unit, aiming at the technical difficulty that part position for welding cannot be directly observed through visual inspection,and traditional welding method cannot be used.This paper has researched and developed corresponding assistive device for mirror surface welding with strong practicability.Mirror surface welders with high skills are trained,and the "double protection" mode has been adopted,the sequence for installation, innovated handling method for welding joint defects and a series of technical measures to solve many difficulties have been optimizeel for reheating of 1 000 MW tower boiler,which has then improved the acceptability for once-through inspection of welded junction of the heated surface.
