当代边防军人价值观偏移的成因及培育路径

Reasons for the Value Deviation of Border Soldiers and Cultivation Approaches

边防军人价值观的导向及培育关系到军事软实力的增强和军事主动权的赢得。当前,我国边防军人价值观偏移有其深层原因:生理心理问题是首要外因,物质经济压力是根本因素,社会思潮多元化是内在动因。对此,培育边防军人价值观可从三个层次全方位综合推进:鉴古知今,培养传统军人核心价值观;博采众长,镜鉴外军价值观培育理念方法;与时俱进,推进当代边防军人价值观构建。通过对边防军人这一特殊群体价值观偏移影响机制的深入分析,以期突破其价值观培育相关理论不彻底和实践指导力度有限的研究困境。

Border soldiers＇ values orientation soft power and military advantages. Three major and cultivation is critical to the enhancement of military reasons give rise to the value deviation of border soldiers. Among these reasons, physiological and psychological condition is the primary external reason; economic pressure is the fundamental factor; and the diversification of social ideology is the intrinsic factor. The cul- tivation of border soldiers＇ values can be comprehensively undertaken from three levels： to cultivate border soldiers with core values based on the experiences and lessons from the ancient time; to study the princi- ples, ideas and methods of value cultivation from foreign countries; to promote the contemporary value construction of border soldiers on the basis of the new reality of the times. This paper seeks to break through the research dilemma in terms of the incompleteness and the lack of practical guidance of relevant theories through the deep analysis of the reasons for the value deviation of border soldiers.
