摘要
随着南钢高效率生产低成本智造精品钢理念的确立,提高利用系数已经成为4号高炉操作者亟待解决的首要问题。从2017年1月起,4号高炉在稳定炉况的基础上充分挖掘高炉产能,进行提高高炉利用系数的生产实践。高炉利用系数由2016年平均2.49 t/m^3·d提高到2.90 t/m^3·d左右。
With the establishment of high efficiency,low cost and intelligent high quality steel production concept in NISCO,improving the utilization coefficient of Blast Furnace No. 4 has been the primary task to be accomplished for furnace operators. The furnace capacity was further exploited based on the smooth operation of Blast Furnace No. 4 and the production practice for improving utilization coefficient was conducted. The utilization coefficient of blast furnace No. 4 increased from 2.49 t/m^3·d( annual average of 2016) to 2.90 t/m^3·d.
