4号高炉铁口冒煤气治理实践

摘要 南钢4号1800 m^3高炉于2014年1月24日点火开炉,高炉投产后顺利达产达效,随着高炉冶炼强度的提高,2016年上半年,铁口区域冒煤气严重,铁口难以维护,同时大量的煤气外泄严重威胁炉前工的人身安全。2016年10月17日计划检修,采取铁口框架内整体浇注技术、铁口及风口区域压浆技术、加强炉外管理和炉内管理、提高炮泥质量等措施,治理效果显著,煤气火逐渐减小。 NISCO blast furnace No.4( 1,800 cubic meters) was ignited on Jan 24,2014 and had reached the designed capacity after being put into operation. With the increase of smelting intensity of the blast furnace,the gas emission in the taphole area became severer in the first half of 2016,which not only brings the difficulties to maintain the taphole but also threatens the safety of the furnacemen. It has shown the obvious effect that the flame of the gas became weak gradually by taking a couple of measures e.g. adopting one-piece casting technology inside the taphole frame,mudjack technology in the taphole and tuyere area,and strengthening the management inside and outside the furnace,enhancing the quality of taphole clay.
