摘要
简要介绍了热轧宽厚板厂高压水除鳞系统概况,根据除鳞泵运行工况特性结合图表数据阐述了高压水除鳞系统节能方向及工程解决方法。并结合节能优化前后统计数据对比进行测算所取得的经济效益,说明对类似的高压水除鳞系统新建、使用、改造的借鉴价值。
This paper briefly introduces the high pressure discaling system in heavy plate mill and illustrates the direction of high pressure discaling system energy saving and solutions based on the characteristics of discaling pump running. The economic benefit was calculated based on the statistics before and after the energy saving optimization,which proves the value of energy saving optimization to the high pressure discaling system of this kind.
