This paper introduces the background of establishing the management system of the integration of industrialization and informatization as well as its value to steel industry. The practice of standard implementation of management system of the integration of industrialization and informatization in steel industry is discussed focusing on the whole process and implementation side of standard implementation while taking the current steel industry into consideration.
