摘要
目的调查本科护生人文关怀能力的现状,为护理教育者和管理者制定教学方案及管理方法提供指导及建议。方法采用自设问卷、人文关怀能力量表(CAI)和护理专业承诺量表对645名护生进行问卷调查。结果护生人文关怀能力得分为186.24±20.687分,总分及各维度均低于国际常模;低年级护生人文关怀能力高于高年级护生;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与同学关系越融洽、人文素质越高、专业承诺越高的护生,其人文关怀能力越强(P<0.05)。结论护生人文关怀能力总体偏低,学校应根据各影响因素加强相关教育,从而提高其人文关怀能力。
Objective Objective To understand the status quo of the humanistic caring caliber of the nursing undergraduates with a view to having the educators and the management better informed in developing optimized teaching and managing approach.Method 645 undergraduate students of nursing students were firstly surveyed by using self-designed questionnaire and Caring Ability Inventory(CAI).Findings The score whichthe students achieved was 186.24±20.687 marks.The total or the score achieved on any single aspect was lower than the international standard.Students from lower grades achieved higher scores than those from higher grades.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The better interpersonal relationship,humanistic attribute,commitment to profession the students have,the better humanistic caring caliber they have.Conclusion Undergraduate students of nursing in general possess poor humanistic caring caliber,which needs to be enhanced through more proactive and efficient teaching and management.
