一致性视角解读制度信任对再次合作意愿的影响——多项式回归结合响应面分析法

Interpreting the Effects of Institutional Trust on Enterprises＇ Repeating Cooperation Intention from the Perspective of Congruence --Using the Method of Polynomial Regression Combining with Response Surface Analysis

在系统、详尽地梳理了（不）一致性效应研究中的多项式回归结合响应面分析法的基础上,首次尝试将该方法引入企业合作研究领域,从一致性视角分维度详细解读制度信任作为制度有效性现状与期望的比较结果而对再次合作意愿的影响。研究表明,相比传统差异分数法,多项式回归结合响应面分析法不仅揭示了制度有效性现状、制度有效性期望及二者平方项、乘积项分别对再次合作意愿的影响,提供了清晰直观的三维关系响应面,挖掘出制度信任对再次合作意愿影响的更多深层次、有价值的信息,进而显著提升制度信任对再次合作意愿的解释力;亦为提出通过调整制度有效性现状与期望间的关系以有效促进再次合作意愿这一现实可操作化路径提供了坚实的理论依据。

The paper at first systematically and exhaustively summarizes the method of polynomial regression combing with response surface analysis in （in）congruence effects study, then tries to introduce it into enterprises＇ cooperation research by interpreting the effects of institutional trust on enterprises＇ repeating cooperation intention from the perspective of congruence in detail with this method. The empirical analysis shows that polynomial regression combing with response surface analysis has much more advantages over the traditional approach of difference scores. It not only discovers enterprises＇ actual institution effectiveness, desired institution effectiveness, their squares and product＇s influences on their repeating cooperation intention, provides some very intuitive and clear three-dimension response surfaces, mines numerous deep and valuable relationships and information about institutional trust affecting repeating cooperation intention which ultimately improve institutional trust＇ explanatory power in explaining enterprises＇ repeating cooperation intention, but also provides the plausible and reasonable strong theoretical basis for paths promoting enterprises＇repeating cooperation intention by adjusting the relationships between enterprises＇ actual and desired institution effectiveness.
