摘要
16例病人随机分为单纯全身麻醉组(n=8)和全麻合并硬膜外麻醉组(n=8)。观察两组病人在麻醉—手术过程中的外周静脉血浆儿茶酚胺水平的变化显示:单纯全身麻醉组外周静脉血浆儿茶酚胺水平在手术进行45min时较术前明显升高(1.82±0.48比0.94±0.19ng/ml,P<0.05),而全麻合并硬膜外麻醉组在整个麻醉手术过程中,外周静脉血浆儿茶酚胺水平与术前比较无明显改变。提示机体在麻醉—手术中出现的应激反应并非由全身麻醉本身所引起。
To investigate the stress-response during anesthesia-operation, 16 patients were allocated into either of two groups. Eight cases in Group A underwent an operation on the abdomen under general anesthesia, while the other eight cases in Group B were operated under general anesthesia plus epidural block. Plasma catecholamine levels were measured in all subjects during anesthesiao-peration procedure. A significant increase in the levels of plasma catecholami-nes was observed at 45 min after incision in Group A (1 .82 ±0.48vs. 0.94± 0.19ng/ml, P<0.05, paired t-test) .while no change was seen in Group B during the whole procedure. The result may indicate that an operation on the abdomen rather than general anesthesia itself is responsible for the observed increase in plasma catecholamines level.
