基于CC2530的无线数据采集网关系统

本文介绍了一套基于CC2530的无线数据采集网关系统。该系统由以太网转ZigBee网关和ZigBee转RS-485网关组成,实现了从底层RS-485总线设备到ZigBee再到以太网的信息通路。RS485转ZigBee网关方面采用CC2530模块与ADM2483组成终端采集电路,专用于连接工业电子设备,如智能电表。而以太网转ZigBee网关方面,采用CC2530与串口-以太网-wifi模块,通过有线网络直接将数据上传至以太网。该套网关可以直接加装于亟待升级改造的工业环境中,实现工业物联网,极具应用前景。

A system of gateway for collecting wireless data based on CC2530 was introduced in this article,which was composed of the gateway of ethernettransfers to ZigBee and the gateway of ZigBee transfers to BS-485.This system can realize information pathways from the underlying of RS-485 bus devices to ZigBee to ethernet.Adopted CC2530 module and ADM2483 to compose the circuits of terminal collection in order to transfer the gateway of RS485 to Zig- Bee.The circuit of terminal collection is specific to connect industrial electronic equipment, such as Smart meters.While the gateway of ethernet transfers to ZigBee adopting CC2530 and serial-ethernet-Wi-Fi module, meanwhile upload the data to ethernet by wireless network directly.This system of gateway can install in industrial environment, which is needed to be upgraded urgently, which has great application prospects in the future.
