毫火针、电针结合治疗肩关节周围炎疗效观察

Filiform Needle, Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder with Acupuncture

目的:观察毫火针结合电针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将肩周炎患者61例按随机数字表法分为治疗组31例,对照组30例,对照组常规电针治疗,治疗组予毫火针结合电针治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后的VAS、ROM显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:毫火针结合电针治疗肩周炎具有良好疗效,比常规电针效果更佳。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of milli-fire needle combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 61 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were according to the random number table, 31 cases were divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases, control group routine acupuncture treatment, the treatment group treated by Electroacupuncture combined with filiform needle, observe the treatment effectiveness of two groups. Results： The VAS and ROM in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The milli-fire needle combined with electroacupuncture for treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis has good curative effect, better than the routine electroacupuncture effect.
