朱氏一指禅推拿结合桑枝棒防治中风先兆临床研究

Zhu Refers to the Mulberry Bar Aura of Stroke Clinical Research Combined with the Prevention of Zen Massage

目的:观察朱氏一指禅推拿结合桑枝棒防治中风先兆的临床疗效。方法:将120例病人按随机原则分为治疗组62例、对照组58例,对照组采取朱氏一指禅推拿,治疗组在朱氏一指禅推拿基础上,结合桑枝棒拍打治疗,同时患者自行在家中配合以桑枝棒治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推拿结合桑枝棒可以有效提高预防中风先兆的疗效,适合临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of a finger massage combined with the clinical curative effect of prevention and treatment of stroke aura mulberry bar. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 62 cases, 58 cases in the control group, the control group took the Zhu finger massage, the treatment group in the Zhu finger massage based on the combination of mulberry bar to beat treatment, while the patients themselves at home with mulberry bar treatment, compare the efficacy of two groups. Results： The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： One finger massage combined with mulberry bar can effectively improve the preventive effect of threatened apoplexy, suitable for clinical application.
