多通道功能性电刺激改善早期脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力的随机对照研究 被引量:3

Multi-Channel Functional Electrical Stimulation Improving Activities of Daily Living in Patients with Early Stroke Hemiplegia: A Randomized Controlled Trial

摘要 目的:探讨多通道功能性电刺激(FES)对脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:将36例早期脑卒中患者随机分为FES组(18例)和对照组(18例),在常规药物治疗和康复训练基础上,FES组采用多通道FES治疗仪治疗,对照组给予无电流输出的安慰电刺激,采用Fugl-Meyer运动评定量表(FMA)下肢部分评定下肢运动功能、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定ADL能力。结果:治疗2周和3周后,FES组FMA、MBI评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多通道FES治疗能提高卒中早期患者下肢运动功能及ADL能力。 Objective: To investigate the influence of multi-channel functional electrical stimulation (FES) on the activities of daily living (ADL) of patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods: 36 cases of early stroke patients were randomly divided into FES group (18 cases) and control group (18 cases), based on conventional medication and rehabilitation training, FES group treated with multi-channel FES instrument while control group re- ceived electrical stimulation without current output, evaluated the lower extremity motor function with Fugl-Meyer motor assessment (FMA) and ADL with modified Barthel index (MBI). Results: After 2 and 3 weeks of treatment, the improvement of FMA and MBI scores of FES group were significantly better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Multi-channel FES can improve the lower extremity motor function and ADL of early stroke.
