摘要
目的:探讨动态站立架训练对腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者的躯体控制和日常功能的影响。方法:将60例腰椎平面不完全性脊髓损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予神经内科常规药物治疗和常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用BALANCE-TRAINER瘫痪站立架进行训练,治疗前后均采用脊髓独立性评定(SCIM-Spinal Cord Independence Measure)第3版和Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)。结果:治疗后,两组患者脊髓独立性评定、Berg平衡量表均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组各项评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动态站立架训练对改善腰段不完全性脊髓损伤患者躯体控制和日常功能有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the effect of dynamic stand training on the body control and daily function of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods: 60 cases of lumbar spinal cord incomplete spinal cord injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases,the control group was given routine neurological department of internal medicine drug therapy and routine rehabilitation training, the observation group in the control group on the basis of using the BALANCE-TRAINER paralyzed standing frame for training, before and after treat- ment with spinal cord independence evaluation (SCIM-Spinal Cord Independence Measure) version third and Berg balance scale (Berg Balance Scale, BBS). Results: After treatment, two groups of patients with spinal cord independence evaluation, Berg balance scale were significantly im- proved after treatment (P〈0.05), the treatment group were better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion" Dynamic stand training is helpful to improve the body control and daily function of patients with incomplete spinal cord injury.
