中药外用在骨关节功能障碍康复治疗中的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Rehabilitation Treatment of Bone and Joint Dysfunction

目的:反映国内中药外用在骨关节功能障碍康复治疗方面的研究现状,为进一步研究提供思路和依据。方法:运用文献计量学方法,以中国期刊全文数据库为资料来源,对中药外用治疗本病进行定量分析。结果:共检出有效文献12篇,分别发表在12种期刊上,以临床研究类文献为主,中药热敷与康复技术联合是常用治法。结论:文献表明中药外用治疗本病临床研究水平偏低;中药外敷与康复技术联合能够提高骨关节功能障碍的疗效。

Objective： To reflect the present situation of the research on rehabilitation treatment of bone and joint dysfunction in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine, and provides the thought and basis for further research. Methods： using the method of bibliometrics, using the Chinese journal full-text database as the source of data, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed quantitatively. Results： A total of 12 effective liter- atures, were published in 12 journals, in clinical studies, traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and rehabilitation technology is combined with a commonly used method. Conclusion： the literature shows that Chinese traditional medicine is low in clinical research. The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation technology can improve the curative effect of bone joint dysfunction.
