摘要 采用一种几乎不含有苯并[a]芘(Ba P)的环保型树脂作为炮泥的结合剂,通过物理和化学性能检测并结合X射线衍射和扫描电镜探究了结合剂加入量对炮泥各种性能的影响。随着结合剂加入量的增加,马夏值、体积密度(BD)、耐压强度(CCS)、高温抗折强度(HMOR)和抗渣侵蚀性能降低,而显气孔率(AP)却逐渐增加,这与结合剂中的成分随着温度的升高碳化挥发有密切关系,这也是炮泥试样线变化(LC)产生收缩的主要原因;但是,由于蓝晶石的分解及Al_2O_3和Si O_2原位莫来石的生成,弥补了碳化产生的收缩,对线变化率、显气孔率、体积密度和耐压强度有很大的影响。实验表明,结合剂加入量为17wt.%时对炮泥的各种性能有利。 An environment-friendly tap-hole clay that contains almost no benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) was developed using resin as binder. The effects of the binder addition on the tap-hole clay was studied through the evaluations of physical and chemical properties together with the microstructure, phase compositions and thermal analysis. With the increase of the binder addition, the Marshall value, bulk density (BD), cold crushing strength (CCS), hot modulus of rupture (HMOR) and slag resistance decreased, while the apparent porosity (AP) increased, which has a close relationwith the evaporation of resin components at 1100℃. Meanwhile, this also caused the significant linear change (LC) of taphole clay. Mullite formation caused by kyanite decomposition or the Al2O3 and SiO2 in situ formation negated some shrinkage, having a great effect on AP, BD and CCS after firing at 1400℃. It is suggested that 17 wt.% of resin is helpful to improve the properties of tap-hole clay.
