摘要
基于(火积)理论,在气-水传热传质方程的基础上,建立了立式喷淋室内热学分析模型。利用四阶龙格-库塔方法,对该模型进行了数值求解,分析了不同参数对传热传质过程的影响。结果表明,(火积)耗散热阻用来优化喷淋室内传热传质效果是有效的,(火积)耗散热阻可以用来评价喷淋室参数变化对换热效果的影响,各参数对换热效果影响的显著性按下列顺序依次降低:空气进口温度、空气流量、空气相对湿度、水量、水滴直径、塔高、气流速度、水滴速度。
Based on the entransy theory and heat and the mass transfer equation of air-water, the thermal analysis model of vertical spray chamber was established. The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the equations. The results showed that it is efficient to optimize the heat and mass transfer by thermal resistance of entransy dissipation. The thermal resistance of entransy dissipation can be used to evaluate influences on the heat and mass transfer performance that produced by the parameters of the spray chamber. The influence significances of the parameters in descending order of inlet air temperature, air flow, relative humidity, water volume, diameter of water-drop, height of spray chamber, air velocity, water-drop velocity.
