摘要
针对高渗透率光伏接入配网加剧了闪变的问题,从电压闪变的检测方法和监测手段着手,在对比分析两种典型闪变分析算法的基础上,采用IEC推荐的平方检测法对电压闪变信号进行瞬时视感度的测量以及电压闪变信号的分离。最后,基于LabVIEW软件及分析工具,构建了详细仿真算例。仿真结果验证了所提设计的有效性。
The flicker problem in network is aggravated by the high permeability PV. This paper focuses on voltage flicker detection methods and monitoring means. Based on the analysis of two typical flicker analysis algorithms, the measurement of the instantaneous sensitivity of voltage flicker signals and the separation of voltage flicker signals are tested by using the square detection method recommended by IEC. Finally a detailed simulation example is built based on Labview software and analysis tools, and the results verify the effectiveness of the design.
