摘要 自石墨烯问世以来,人们就对石墨烯的性质研究产生了浓厚的兴趣。鉴于其独特的结构及优良的物理特性,石墨烯成为了学术界和产业界的宠儿,备受各界科学家的青睐。基于此,简单介绍了石墨烯的晶体及能带结构,详细分析及研究了石墨烯的力学、电学、光学及热学性质,展望了石墨烯在传感器、晶体管、电池等领域的相关应用前景。 Since the advent of graphene, there has been a strong interest in the nature of graphene.Due to its unique structure and excellent physical characteristics,graphene has become a favorite of scientists.Based on this, this article simply introduces the crystals and band structure of graphene,studies and analysis the mechanical, electrical,optical and thermal properties of graphene in detail, and prospects the application of graphene in the field of sensor, tran- sistor, batteries, and so on.
