摘要
为研究碱性高炉矿渣处理模拟酸性矿井水的最佳条件,从震荡时间、碱性高炉矿渣的投加量、震荡温度及是否进行超声波作用四方面进行实验。结果表明,在震荡时间为80 min、碱性高炉矿渣投加量为0.4g、温度为25℃且在超声波作用下,COD和TP的去除率达到最高,分别是79.74%和99.89%,pH则从2.01~2.17升至7.45,满足GB 20426-2006的排放要求。
To study the optimum conditions on acid mine water treatment with alkaline slag,we carried out the experi- ment from four aspects which were the, alkaline blast furnace slag dosage, temperature and ultrasonic effects. The re- sults showed that the removal rate of COD and TP which was 79.74% and 99.89% reached the highest when the con- ditions met oscillation time80 min,slag dosage 0.4 g, temperature 25 ℃ and ultrasonic effects, and pH was up from 2.01~2.17 to 7.45 that met the emission requirements of GB 20426--2006.
