糖皮质激素临床使用情况分析

目的:调查珠海市中大五院糖皮质激素药物的应用现状,为糖皮质激素药物的合理应用和宏观管理提供科学依据并分析其应用发展趋势。方法:通过收集中大五院2016年各科室含有糖皮质激素的处方,以限定日剂量(DDD)及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标作为评价该院用药是否合理的依据来进行统计分析。结果:统计出使用糖皮质激素药物的人群构成比,并通过查得的DDD值计算出DDDs和DUI。结论:2016年,我院糖皮质激素类药物的DUI值均小于等于1,符合临床用药原则,基本合理,但必须严格按照糖皮质激素药物使用原则用药,确保临床用药的安全、合理、经济和有效。

Investigation of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of SYSU glucocorticoid ＂drug application, glucoeorticoid drug rational use and macroscopical management to provide a scientific basis and analysis of its application development trends. Methods： by collecting the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of SYSU 2016 year sections containing corticosteroid prescriptions, the defined daily dose （DDD） and drug utilization index （DUI）as the index as evaluation the hospital medication is reasonable according to statistical analysis. Results： the statistics of the use of glucocorticoid drugs population proportion,and through checking calculation of the DDD of DDDs and DUI. conclusions：2016 years, my courtyard use glucocorticoid drugs DUI were less than or equal to 1, basic and reasonable, but must be in strict accordance with glucocorticoid principles of drug use in medicine, ensure the safety of clinical drug use, reasonable, effective and economic.
